Robust Machine Design

  • Heavy-Duty Construction: Equipped with large, engineering-grade bearings that deliver powerful, stable performance across the entire machining range, ensuring smooth operation even over bolt hole patterns.

  • High-Torque Capability: An oversized gear ring withstands extreme torque, making it suitable for demanding flange repair jobs. This series is capable of producing a phonographic (record-finish) surface finish.

Versatility & Flexibility

  • Feed Systems: Features a pneumatic feed box for radial and axial feed, with manual feed options available for rapid positioning.

  • Remote Control & Safety: Feed rates can be adjusted remotely via a pneumatic control unit, maximizing operator safety while allowing for flexibility during the machining process.

  • Variable Speed: Feed rates are infinitely variable from 0.002–0.035 inches (0.05–0.89 mm) per revolution, offering high operational flexibility.

  • Reversible Gearbox: The reversible feed box allows for flexible installation to achieve either radial or axial feed.

  • Adjustable Arms: Both the rotating arm and counterweight arm are adjustable to obtain the desired swing clearance and machining range.

  • Drive Options: Available with both pneumatic and hydraulic drive options.

  • Face Mounting: Features a removable chuck system that enables face mounting of the flange facing machine.

  • 360° Tool Head: The cutter head rotates a full 360°, allowing for the machining of various chamfers, O-ring grooves, lens rings, and other angled surfaces as needed.

  • Mounting Versatility: Supports ID (Inner Diameter) mounting or surface mounting. Please contact us for custom OD (Outer Diameter) mounting options.

  • Grinding Option: Optional grinding functionality is available for finishing operations.
