The rugged and versatile FF6300 delivers high-torque performance, enabling rapid flange refacing and the efficient, cost-effective restoration of sealing surfaces and bearing faces.

  • Extended Range: Machining capacity extends from 12 to 60 inches (304–1524 mm), offering superior versatility—one machine adapts to multiple application scenarios.

  • Variable Feed Control: Operators can easily adjust the feed rate of the cutting tool for optimal results.

  • Versatile Mounting: Available in ID (Inner Diameter), OD (Outer Diameter), or Surface Mount configurations to suit various machining needs, with quick and easy changeovers.

  • Chain Clamp Assembly: Securely clamps the OD mount configuration, eliminating the need for welding during installation.

  • 360° Cutter Head: The cutter head and bits rotate 360 degrees, supporting angled machining and positioning. This allows for flexible execution of various cuts, including chamfers, O-ring grooves, lens rings, and other angled surfaces.

  • Backface Option: An optional backface attachment is available, providing greater flexibility for machining operations on heat exchanger tubesheets and similar applications.
