1. Product Features

Convenient Maintenance: The robot automatically calibrates TCP and the hand-eye matrix of the 3D camera; one-click high-precision calibration without manual operation.
High Efficiency: Teaching-free solution is available to automatically generate welding paths with no manual intervention.
Process Expert: Accesses local and cloud shared welding process databases, covering special plate materials and uncommon welding procedures to meet customized process requirements.
Application: Replaces manual work for fillet welds, butt welds, circular welds, corner wrap welds (vertical up/down corner, T-joint, etc.), intermittent welds, and multi-layer multi-pass welding.
Delivery & Warranty: Delivered to shipyard within 60 days after contract signing; acceptance completed within 30 days. Warranty period: 1 year from the date of formal acceptance by the buyer.

5.2.4 3D Vision System

Adjust shooting position for full-scene coverage (only required for new scenarios).
One-click simulation run to verify welding angle (only required for new scenarios), then start welding.
Unlock magnetic base after welding, move to next position or mount on mobile trolley.
