• Optimized connecting plates and fasteners deliver extreme rigidity even when the bed is extended to 2-3 times its original length.
Powerful and Precise Machining Performance
• Equipped with a heavy-duty spindle design, with an optional hydraulic power unit—the 25 HP (18.6 kW) unit supports the use of cutter heads up to 10 inches (254.0 mm) in diameter.
• The milling head can rotate 360° (unlimited 360° positioning with optional swivel plate), allowing milling on any axis; an optional Z-axis slide assembly is available for side milling and can increase travel for drilling or extended milling operations.
• Suitable for horizontal, vertical, or inverted operation, enabling high-speed, efficient milling.
• Achieves stable and precise machining whether in linear or gantry milling configuration, meeting stringent machining tolerances.
Flexible Configuration and Operation
• Innovative design supports traditional linear milling configuration or simple longitudinal separation of the guideways to switch to gantry milling mode.
• Electric feed units can be installed on the X, Y, or Z axis.
• Machining capabilities include milling, drilling, and even boring.
